Three generations of Cowaps have grown The Hollies Farm Shops to what they are today. In the beginning Dick and Rose farmed the land with the help of their son, Richard. Then Richard and Hilary tended the land, sold their produce on the markets in Runcorn and from the roadside in Little Budworth; whilst bringing 3 new Cowaps into the world and nurturing them into the shop keepers they have become today.
