The Cowap Family

Our family has grown and sold farm produce from The Hollies at
Little Budworth. Albeit in the early years, our vegetables were
simply displayed by the garden gate with an honesty box for
customers who helped themselves from the roadside.

With each generation the shop has expanded, from the farmhouse
to a small timber framed shop in the 1970's, to our current building, following the demolition of the piggery in the 1980's.

Our farm now almost exclusively grows the specialist crops of pumpkins and gourds. We have many on display in our shops in
October ready to buy.

As a family business you'll often find us all hard at work; Dad looking after the farm and the nursery, Mum looking after the flowers and us busy serving in the shop, Sue, our sister, running the Lower Stretton store, Phil’s wife, Mindy, working in the office and bagging the bread
at weekends.

To support us we have a great team, all highly skilled, happy to help
and with an extensive knowledge of all the products we have on
offer to tackle your every query. Our aim is to make your shopping experience most pleasurable - there's often a range of samples to
tempt your taste buds, we'll pack your bags and naturally take them
out to your car.
