The Hollies invest in hotel

Never say never” is the philosophy often quoted by Phil and Ed of The Hollies Farm Shop.  Their open thinking has led the The Hollies Farm Shop to new dimensions in the last few years; growing from one to two Farm Shops, opening Coffee Shops, Butcheries, exapnding the gift range and building 4 5* luxury self catering Forest Lodges!  So when the opportunity to purchase a hotel came along, 400 miles away, there was a buzz of curisosity and excitement; should we? shouldn’t we?

Yes, we should!  Phil and Ed become the proud owners of the country house hotel by the end of this month.  A 10 bedroom hotel set in 10 acres in the Cairngorm National Park.  They have a full refurbishment plan in hand and intend to close it for 12 months to create a luxury boutique, country house hotel.  There is no doubt, that the hotel will ooze many of the qualities of The Hollies Forest Lodges, decadence and luxury throughout; from the wallpaper to the lighting and the soft furnishings to the bathroom fittings.
