Halloween preparations

Get ready for Halloween on October 31st and let The Hollies help with some of your Halloween preparations.

As Halloween approaches preparations are underway to create spooktacular homes to entertain the children, entince the treak or treaters or enjoy the Christian all hallow’s eve yourselves.  The tradition by Western Christians to remember the dead, including martyrs and the saints (the hallows) every year.  The Hollies Farm Shops have some gorgeous halloween decorations including tin pumpkin faces, bat banners and spooky candles to create the ultimate October 31st.

To prepare for the trick or treaters the Farm Shop has a great selection of halloween themed confectionery, including lollipops, chocolate pumpkins and sweets.

Our homegrown pumpkins have now been harvested and are ideal for carving your jack o’lanterns.  Alternatively enjoy pumpkin soup by the warmth of the fire as Autumn takes hold of October.
