Every weekday and Saturday, Robert and his team from Devonshire Bakery, bake and deliver tray upon tray of warm bread to our door. Multi-grain and fitty loaves are some of the most popular along with cheese-topped baps for your bacon 'butties'! On Saturdays the selection is vast and the shelves are groaning. Foccacias glistening with olives or oozing cheese and garlic, ciabattas and 'crowns', malted bloomers, cheese & onion loaves - and that's just the savouries!

Pastries, scones and croissants jostle for position all around the stores with yummy choc-chip cakes, ginger & Yorkshire tea loaves and Lindy's glorious sponges - heaven is a huge slice of Isabelle’s 'lemon drizzle' cake with a cup of our fresh ground coffee. Or maybe you would prefer a cup of tea and one of Lisa's homemade Speckled Hen flap-jacksWe can confirm that it's is possible to eat a whole packet
in one go!
