in inert gas to protect its freshness it arrives in pristine condition.
The seas
dictate the variety and quantities available so call us to check
on your favourites - Dover sole and scallops often head the list.
Prefer your fish cured? Inverawe roast smoked salmon is superb -
then there's Loch Fyne and Cheshire Smokehouse, kippers, smoked
haddock and trout - not forgetting freshly made fish cakes and ready

The chiller's quite full but we've left enough space for shellfish
