Of course we've got milk, butter and cream - there's also crème fraiche and so many flavours of yoghurt that we draw lots to see who gets to cope with the deliveries! Then onto fromage frais, clotted and soured cream, cottage cheese, delicious coleslaws, alioli and fresh dips.

Move across to the chilled cheese display and we hope you'll be rather impressed. Brian Hughes, our lovely Cheshire cheeseman, cuts and packs over 80 different varieties on our behalf and delivers as many times a week as we need him to. In our Cheshire selection alone there's white and coloured farmhouse, Mrs Appleby's, blue, smoked and (new) spring onion before you get onto Wensleydales, stiltons, Lancashire, blue, bries...

Try: Wensleydale with cranberries, stilton with mango & ginger, Lancashire with apple & cinnamon or Mrs Kirkham's mature. We also stock parmesan, mascarpone, feta, halloumi, goat’s cheese and buffalo mozzarella along with local Delamere golden brie and organic cream cheese - not forgetting the superb Snowdonia black bomber! Grate your favourite over poached free-range eggs from our local farms - do try the Delamere Jumbos.
