Connoisseur Cake Company

Straddled twixt the Cheshire and Shropshire borders in deepest rural England,
owned and managed by Lindy and Stuart Andrew, they are here to tantalise your
taste buds! Since September 2005 when they lavished so much time and effort
on bringing their two "old school classrooms" (for that is what they are!) up to the standards required by the Environmental Health Department they have managed
to create a thriving little business, though still very fragile and still very young.
They specialise in baking delicious fresh sponge cakes of different flavours
for high specialist food outlets.

"We have been supplying the Hollies Farm shop for just under 10 years now, in latter years trading as The Connoisseur Cake Co Ltd. They have a terrific retail outlet for us, a real showroom for our products. The staff are always courteous, polite and very professional, and always have a ready smile."
