Deer Park Farm
Deer Park Farm has been established for 15 years, starting with
eight hinds
and one stag, building up to herd of over 100. They supply to The
Hollies Farm
Shops, local restaurants and private customers. Their venison is
prepared by
a local butcher, where it is hung for 10 – 14 days, pre-packed
into saddle and
haunch joints, casserole, steaks, sausages, burgers and mince. Farmed
venison is; Low in fat and cholesterol – less than chicken;
An important
source of iron; High in protein
