The Darlington’s family has been producing their unique range of high quality curds, jams, preserves, marmalades and chutneys for over 25 years. It all started back in 1981 when they found themselves with a surplus of eggs from their farm. Not wishing them to go to waste, Tom Darlington encouraged Mrs Darlington to use the eggs to make a batch of her Lemon Curd (his favourite!), and to see if they could sell it to local shops in nearby towns. 25 years later they have 65 fantastic products.
