The Butchery is now open

The Butchery at The Hollies Farm Shop, Lower Stretton, has opened today. The new counter is brimming with quality meat products, served by experienced qualified Butchers. Due to the success of the Butchery at our Little Budworth site, we have opened a Butchery at our Lower Stretton site, enabling a wider selectiion of fresh, quality meats for you to choose from. Homemade, award winning sausage varieties and burgers sit alongside cuts of Welsh beef and Salt Marsh lamb. Kevin, Dan and Kerry will be able to offer advise on the products and cooking times, adding value to your shopping experience. Our supply of meat is sourced upon its quality and reputation, working closely with our suppliers so that they handpick the best cuts of meat every week, guaranteeing its quality to you. All of our Welsh beef has been aged for a minimum of 28 days, creating meat that’s very tender and full of flavour. We stock Salt Marsh lamb from the Conwy Estuary’s when its available (usually from August to October), which is renowned for its extra flavour due to the natual salt on the marshes. Salt Marsh Lamb The oven ready range is a unique offering from our Butchery, compared to others. It comprises of a range of quality meats, glazed in marinades and sauces that aew placed in special trays that can be put straight into the oven.
