The Butchers are forever using their creative powers to expand the range of products available to you. Not only do they offer fresh quality cuts of meat, they are also continually adding innovative variations to the range. Ken, with more than 40 years butchery experience, offers a wealth of knowledge and inspiration to The Butchery at The Hollies, Little Budworth. Ken’s latest creation is a succulent salt marsh loin of lamb filled with fresh asparagus and dried apricots. The Lamb loins with asparagus & apricot are delicious oved-cooked for 30 minutes on 180c and served with dauphinois potatoes and fine green beans. Available at The Hollies Butchery, Little Budworth. New to both the Butcheries at Little Budworth and Lower Stretton is Southern Fried Chicken; delicious chicken thighs and drumsticks coated in a special southern fried crispy crumb coating. Prepared by our Butchers, the Southern Fried Chicken can then be cooked in the oven for 60 minutes at 160c. For the whole Amercian southern fried experience, why not serve with Cheshire Chips, Mrs Darlington’s Traditional Mayonnaise & Stokes’ Tomato Ketchup? Southern Fried Chicken Both the Butchery at Little Budworth and at Lower Stretton offer a wide range of quality meat products, ready to cook options and meat cuts with a twist.
