One Tasty Burger.

If you visited our Little Budworth site last Saturday, did you manage to have a taste of the homemade burgers and Cheshire pork sausages we had on offer … cooked on the one and only Crown Verity BBQ?

From judging how the tastings went on Saturday, we were extremely pleased to see and hear how impressed our customers were with the tastings they had as a little insight as to what will feature on the menu.

Due to begin on the 2nd April 2014, our new Twilight Menu will be available at The Hollies Little Budworth and will be available from 16:30 until 20:30, Tuesday through to Saturday.

Our team have been working exceptionally hard over the past few months developing the menu which will focus on the high quality and locally sourced ingredients that the Farm Shop and Butchery have to offer.
One of the team said, ‘We will be using 100% Welsh Black Beef, freshly ground by our Butchers every day. Our 6oz burger will be seasoned with only salt & pepper and will be served on a locally handmade golden corn topped bun from Devonshire Bakery – yum’

The menu will also feature:
– Farmhouse Cheeseburger –
6oz Welsh Black steak burger with iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, The Hollies special sauce and the choice of Red Fox tasty cheddar, Emmental or Mozzarella cheese

– The ‘H’ Burger –
6oz Welsh Black steak burger, treacle cured bacon, Red Fox cheddar, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, aioli and The Hollies special sauce

– Welsh Rarebit –
6oz Welsh Black steak burger with, treacle cured bacon, Welsh rarebit, caramelised onion, iceberg lettuce, red onion and The Hollies special sauce
