This access statement describes the facilities and services onsite. It does not contain opinions as to our suitability for those with disabilities.

ARRIVAL

We have disabled spaces located at the front of the Farm Shop/Gift Barn and car parking spaces are available near to the entrance of the Takeaway, and our Forest Lodges.

ENTRY TO THE BUSINESSES

There are ramps into all areas of the business. One at the front of the Farm Shop, at the front of the Gift Barn, and at the front of the Takeaway. A ramp can be provided on request for access to any of our Forest Lodges.

VISITOR EXPERIENCE

Access around all areas of the business is possible with a wheelchair. A personal shopping service is also available to all customers if requested.

TOILET FACILITIES

Disabled toilets are available in our onsite toilet block, close to the Farm Shop.

FIRST AID

The majority of our employees are trained in first aid and are always willing to help if you are injured while visiting us. We do, however, request that any incident be reported to us. Please be patient with our staff as they attend to your injury. They will need to fill out an incident report form and collect relevant information and details, including photographs. We keep this information secure in accordance with data protection and GDPR, and you can request it at any time.

LOST AND FOUND

If a lost item is handed in to a member of staff, it is kept in our ‘Lost and Found’ area for three weeks. If you lose an item while visiting The Hollies, please provide us with a description of the item, as well as your name and phone number, so that we can contact you if the item is found.

Please keep in mind that we cannot be responsible for your items on the site, and anything brought in is at your own risk, including your vehicles within the parking areas.

LOST CHILDREN

If your child goes missing, please notify a member of staff right away. Our staff will be involved in finding your child, so please be patient if you visit when a child is missing. We will make every effort to locate your child as soon as possible, and the duty manager will keep the adult who reported the missing child informed at all times.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We cater for Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Vegetarian, Vegan and Allergies. Please ask a member of staff if you need assistance with your food choices.

DOGS

We welcome dogs on site, including in our outdoor eating areas, but regrettably dogs are not allowed inside any of our shops, indoor seating areas or in our Forest Lodges. Water can be provided on request.

Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas.
