Rachel Cheese

Our September ‘Cheese of the Month’ is called Rachel. Rachel is a modern, British, washed-rind goat’s milk cheese. It is made near Shepton Mallet in Somerset by Pete Humphries, who named it romantically after an old flame. Peter says the cheese, like Rachel, is sweet, curvy and slightly nutty!
