Father’s Day steaks Cooking your Daddy the daddy of all steaks! Using the finest sirloin steaks from The Hollies’ Butchery will help with the Father’s Day brownie points. Instead of racking your brains for the best gift, why not treat your Dad to a delicious sirloin steak? The best tip we can give you for the ulitmate steak experience, is to oil your steaks and NOT the griddle pan. Heat your griddle pan and place your oiled steak into it, fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes for a medium cooked steak. (Increase or decrease the cooking time, depending on preference).
