Friday 26th July, from 6pm Restaurant Manager, Dave Hughes, has put together another Supper Club menu for Friday 26th July, from 6pm, at The Hollies Concept Cafe, Lower Stretton. According to Wikipedia; it is unclear where the term originated. Some claim the Atlantic coast of North America; others the restaurant Sky City in the Seattle Space Needle during the1962 World Fair, but this is not possible since the earliest known citation is from 1961, in the Los Angeles Times. The combination of seafood and meat lends itself to the reference of surf and turf.
