The Launch of Twilight

The Hollies in Little Budworth have recently launched the new Twilight Menu, which is served Tuesday to Saturday each week from 16:30 until 20:30.
The welcoming and tempting atmosphere along with tranquil background music and flickering candles creates a calming ambience and sets the mood perfectly for an evening with us.

Whether it’s just one of our grazing boards with a glass of Taringi Sauvignon Blanc on the terrace or a Laurent Perrier champagne celebration dinner with loved ones, the new menu is packed with fresh, locally sourced produce, providing something for everyone.

The Hollies Restaurant manager said, ‘It was a great launch, lots of customers came along to support our extended opening hours and try some of the delicious dishes available. Me and the team look forward to seeing some familiar faces and also some new ones over the next few weeks’

Customers commented positively on the first class service they received, the extremely welcoming atmosphere and the lovely relaxed feeling they had. The quality of the food and value for money was said to be ‘outstanding’ and one customer had said that it was ‘the’ best burger they have ever had.

The Hollies homemade burgers proved to be a popular choice on the menu, especially The ‘H’ Burger, which is a; 6oz Welsh black steak burger with treacle cured bacon, tasty red cheddar, iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion, aioli and The Hollies special sauce – made with secret ingredients only our chefs know!

The new extended menu also includes nibbles, food grazing boards, soups and salads, homemade delicious pies and quiches, fresh gourmet sandwiches and baked potatoes, and not forgetting the mouth watering selection of irresistible desserts and wines.
