Take the hassle out of Christmas this year by ordering your poultry, beef, pork, lamb and game from The Hollies Butchery. Orders are still being taken up to the 15th December so simply choose what you would like, pay a £20 deposit and collect your order nearer the time. Remember to add on some of our homemade pigs in blankets; delicious cocktail sausages wrapped in our own home cured treacle bacon.


When you come to collect your meat, we have all the best accompaniments to make the perfect Hollies Christmas Dinner. Daily deliveries of market fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers and Liverpool market ensure that we have the freshest and most flavoursome fruit and vegetables. Choose from locally supplied sprouts, cabbage, potatoes and other root vegetables complemented by seasonal, regional and international fruit and vegetables to make your Christmas Dinner the tastiest. All our fruit and vegetables are tended to throughout the day by the Farm Shop team, to ensure that you only get the fruit and vegetables at their premium.


Many pre-prepared vegetables are also available from our Deli Kitchen homemade range including herb and garlic carrots, braised red cabbage, maple glazed parsnips, carrot and swede mash and cauliflower cheese bake.


From the perfect potatoes for roasting in goose fat, to delicious clementines and chestnuts, Bay Tree Boxing Day Chutney, Tracklements Cranberry Orange and Port Sauce, Mrs Darlington’s Bramley Apple Sauce and Shropshire Spice Sage & Onion Stuffing. The Hollies perfect plum pudding with lashings of brandy butter is the perfect end to your festive feast. Who pours more brandy on and lights theirs?



And if after all that, you still have room for more, make sure you stock up your cheese board at the Delicatessen. There are over 70 different types of cheese to choose from, with festive favourites such as Wendsleydale with Cranberries and Coleston Bassett Stilton.
