New Summer Menu at 32

Our boutique restaurant 32 by The Hollies has a delicious new summer menu for you to try. Indulge in the confit duck cake to start paired with watermelon, rocket, noodle salad, hoisin and pomegranate dressing. For the main event try the porky plate made up of a BBQ pulled pork taco, pineapple & chilli braised belly sticky rib, Parmentier potatoes & sweetcorn. All the ingredients used in the menu reflects the fabulous local produce of Cheshire and is sourced from our Farm Shop. Sit at the bar and relax in a contemporary, luxury setting and enjoy one of our tasty cocktails.

The boutique hotel offers five uniquely designed bedrooms. Each bed has a luxury mattress and premium feather pillows and soft white cotton bedding for the best night sleep. You are bound to feel relaxed in any of the lavish bedrooms. Each room also offers an en-suite bathroom with chrome fittings, a double rainfall shower and complimentary Arran Sense of Scotland After the Rain products.
