As the weather has started to improve the work progressed even further in 32 By The Hollies. With coving and soundproofing complete the Cowap brothers have met with designers and final details for the renovation have been decided. Several slight changes to the bar and restaurant layout have created more space for guests. This week will introduce the decorators into the property to begin their work on the first floor, starting with painting the coving, skirting boards and windows, followed by wallpapering of the bedrooms in the following weeks.
We look forward to the bathroom fixtures and kitchen extraction being installed in May as well as the bathroom tiling, new front doors, upstairs carpets and external windows and doors to be painted.
