Clean & Lean ready meals available soon!
The next development in The Hollies collaboration with Clean & Lean by Emma Wilson Fitness is ready meals! 6 months into our joint venture and we are very excited to bring even more Clean & Lean to the table! Look out for a new range of Hollies homemade meals that have been endorsed by Emma Wilson Fitness; meals that have been chosen for their taste, low carbohydrate, good fat and protein content.
Emma Wilson, Mindy Cowap and Dan Sinnott (Chef in the Deli Kitchen) have worked together to develop delicious meals that offer customers a healthier choice. Keep an eye out for the Chickpea, Chorizo & Spinach Stew or the Cauliflower Cheese with Bacon to kick start the range. Also in development are a vegetarian 3 Bean Chilli, a Cottage Pie with a celeriac topping and a Bolognese with spiralised vegetables.
Look out for products across the Farm Shops that have been identified as Clean & Lean. There are many local suppliers such as Clotton Hall Dairy clotted cream, Nonna Teresa sauces and Poplar Farm eggs. Plus fabulous produce such as Macneill’s smoked salmon, Longley Farm double cream, Dragon Welsh butters, Seggiano passattas & pestos, Montezuma 100% dark chocolate, San Nicasio crisps and most recently a whole range of real sourdough breads from The Real Bread Company. The number of products keeps growing and is all clearly stickered as Clean & Lean by Emma Wilson Fitness.
