Get the party started with The Hollies Top Tipples this festive season! We have selected 5 of Phil & Ed’s favourites from the wine department at The Hollies.

Passimiento Baglio – one of our best sellers.

Deep ruby red in colour with intense aromas of red cherry, cranberry and hints of vanilla and spices.

Domaine Clavel Côtes du Rhôneone of Ed’s favourites.

This wine presents a beautiful pale pink colour with salmon highlights. The intense nose is marked by notes of citrus, English candy and white fruit. The palate is round and fresh and the long finish gives the wine a crispy texture.

Forget-Brimont Brut Rosé Champagnemake your Christmas sparkle.

Plenty of moreish strawberry and raspberry fruit balanced by well-judged acidity from this excellent family-run producer.

Rickety Bridge Merlotone of Phil’s favourites from his trip to South Africa.

Notes of red cherry and ripe plum layered with herbal nuances and hints of oak spice on the nose. A juicy palate with redcurrants and blueberries gives way to lingering dark chocolate flavours. Well structured with refined tannins and a lengthy finish.

Taringi Sauvignon Blancthis is a firm favourite for many of the staff at The Hollies!

A benchmark expression of the classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. It has lifted notes of gooseberry and ripe guava on the nose and has a beautifully fresh crisp palate that is fruity yet dry on the finish.
