Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese

Our Cheese of the Month for April is the brilliant award-winning cloth bound hard cheese; Inglewhite Buffalo Cheese. This cheese is a naturally ripened cloth bound cheese, it is bursting with flavour and has a smooth and creamy texture. This cheese is pasteurised and is also suitable for vegetarians.

The cheese is produced by the herd of Buffalo at Park Head Farm in Inglewhite, Lancashire. It is matured for at least 6 months in a muslin cloth and smothered in butter to really intensify the flavour.

This cheese is perfect for crumbling on salads or cut chunkily on a cracker topped with a little drizzle of honey.
