National BBQ Week

Come rain or shine we love a barbecue. Whether we are cooking under glorious sun beams or under an umbrella in the rain, we can’t resist the smell of charcoal burning and meat sizzling. Our Butchery departments work hard all year to bring you the freshest, tastiest and fully traceable meats, creating a fabulous array of products on their counter for you to take home.

Our Butchery team have a wide range of award winning homemade sausages and burgers. Sausages varieties include sticky onion sausages, The Hollies Cheshire Pork with black pepper and mixed herbs, Cumberland and Welsh Dragon with chillis and leek. New this year we have the Hollies Hot Dog Pork Sausages which have a slightly smokey garlic taste. These will be soon to feature on the new Coffee Shop Menu. If Burgers are more your thing then try the Welsh beef grill with onion or our Ultimate Steak Burger with chilli and cracked black pepper. Our Butchers also make a Gluten Free burger.

All of The Hollies steaks are matured in house for at least 28 days and each one is hand cut by our expert in house Butchers. Try Sirloin, Rump, Ribeye or the mighty Tomahawk steak- the perfect treat for the BBQ. If that isn’t enough, we’ve got smoked bourbon ribs, Hawaiian pork kebabs, lamb with asparagus and apricots, king beef kebabs, crispy shallot chicken, salt and pepper chicken kebabs and much more to get your taste buds into as you enjoy your summer time BBQ.

Another new addition this year is the Flat Iron Beef Steak in Coffee and Black Pepper and the Tomahawk Steak in Coffee and Black Pepper which are proving to be popular already.
