Sausage Winner Announced

Congratulations to Roger Westwood for winning the ‘Create Your Own Sausage Competition’ that we have recently held online. We would like to thank all of those who entered the competition and would like to send a special thank you and well done to Bev Amanda Hamilton with the ‘Ultimate Italian Banger’ and Elsie Carrodus with the ‘Fruity Pork with Ginger’ for being runners up and making it into the top three! Andrew Vernon our Master Butcher has said: ‘I am really pleased with the high interest that has been generated for the competition. We have had some great recipes sent in, the tastings last weekend were really popular and we look forward to doing something similar in the near future’.
