Spring Lamb

The first of the Spring lamb arrived in the Butchery on the 24th March, just in time for Easter. As we enter April, the Butchery departments at both Little Budworth and Lower Stretton will have various lamb products for you to choose from, including Boneless Lamb Loin with Feta and Spinach, Lamb and Mint Kebabs and Mini Lamb Roasts in a Mint Marinade.

The Butchers are always experimenting and looking to create new items to complement their extensive range of products. The team are in the process of creating some Gluten Free stir fry dishes, some of which are already available. These include all the meat, vegetables and flavourings for your convenience to stir fry easily at home. The Butchery also have Gluten Free sausages that are available every week.
