Tarquin’s Cornish Gin

We have selected an extra special gin for our November Gin of the Month; Tarquin’s Cornish Gin. Tarquin’s Cornish Gin is a small batch Cornish Dry Gin crafted on the wild Cornish coast. Every single stage of the gin production is done lovingly by hand and every bottle that leaves their distillery has its own unique personality and batch number.

Serving suggestions

Bring a little Cornish sunshine in to every glass. Tarquin’s Cornish Gin is perfectly paired with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic, a slice of grapefruit, a sprig of thyme and ice.

Alternatively, use this gin to make a cocktail; the Tarquin’s Cornish Orchard. Simply add 50ml of Tarquin’s gin, 100ml apple juice, 20ml fresh lemon juice, 10ml maple syrup, 50ml ginger ale. Garnish the cocktail with a fresh apple slice, a cinnamon stick, fresh thyme and ice.
