Two Birds Gin

Our Gin of the month for July is a brand new gin by Two Birds, it is watermelon flavoured. Two Birds lovingly produce every single bottle of gin using a bespoke, handbuilt copper still. They produce small batches of just 100 bottles at a time, every stage of production is checked by hand to make sure that they remain a true artisan distillery.

With summer finally here, enjoy a summer tipple and quench your thirst with this refreshing watermelon gin. Try this gin with a plain tonic or lemonade or even make a cocktail.

Two Birds recommend a Melon & Strawberry crush. Simply muddle up 5 juicy strawberries in a glass, add 50ml of their Watermelon Gin with 10ml of simple sugar syrup and add ice. Shake it up, strain into a mason jar with crushed ice and top up with lemonade. Garnish the cocktail with half-cut strawberries and a sprig of mint.
