Create Your Own Sausage

The create your own sausage competition has now ended, and due to such a high response we have now managed to narrow it down to three Sausages: Elsie Carrodus with the ‘Fruity Pork with Ginger’ – Pork & apricot with a hint of ginger – Roger Westwood with the ‘Finocchio’ – Pork, black pepper & fennel – Bev Amanda Hamilton with the ‘Ultimate Italian Banger’ – Pork, Mozzarella, basil and tomato – . . . . .What happens next? These three sausages will be available for the public to sample in store at The Hollies Farm Shop, Little Budworth this Saturday and Sunday and your votes must be entered online for us to announce the winner next week!
