Front of House Supervisor / Assistant Manager – Little Budworth, Cheshire.

We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor/ Assistant Manager to work with the Restaurant Manager to inspire, motivate and lead the front of house team to achieve excellent guest satisfaction. You’ll have previous experience working as a Supervisor / Assistant Restaurant Manager and will be an excellent communicator and natural leader.

Roles will include:

  • Help build and maintain an efficient team of employees, driving the team towards the objectives of the business
  • Ensure the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met during service
  • Act as a role model to all employees by showing a positive approach to team morale through excellent support, training and communication
  • Ensure the department is always maintaining its agreed level of operating performance
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure all departments and team members comply with health & safety, food hygiene and alcohol licensing regulations at all times
  • Have a friendly, yet professional persona and you must have previous experience of working with a high-level establishment
  • Full time hours consist of 5 shifts over the 7-day week and will include weekends in order to fulfil the 7-day operation of the business.
  • May be required to work across numerous sites within Cheshire

Full Time Front of House Team Member.

We are looking for smart, professional and outgoing team members who are passionate about guest service and exceeding guest expectations. Experience is required to work in our busy Coffee Shop and Restaurant 59 at The Hollies. The role and responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers when they arrive at a restaurant, cafe, or other eating or drinking establishment
  • Takes customers’ orders for food and drink by writing them on a ticket, entering them into a tablet, or memorizing them
  • Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
  • Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
  • Prepares cheques and delivers them to customers
  • Processes cash and credit card payments and returns change to customers if necessary
  • Sets tables with cutlery, glasses and refills condiments
  • Full time hours consist of 5 shifts over the 7-day week and will include weekends in order to fulfil the 7-day operation of the business.

Head Bar Tender / Mixologist.

We have a fabulous opportunity and are looking for a passionate full-time experienced Head Bar Tender/ Mixologist to work in our busy Award-Winning Restaurants. You will be based at our Restaurant 59 at the Hollies in Little Budworth and at our Restaurant 32 by The Hollies in Tarporley.

We are looking for a creative, professional and outgoing team member who is driven by giving great guest service and creating classic and contemporary cocktails, whilst developing our current drinks menus. Experience is required in this role.

Full time consists of 5 shifts over a 7-day week and will include weekends in order to fulfill the 7-day operation of the business. Career progression available.
