Gobble it up! – Turkey stuffing, cooking, carving and tasting An evening at Nunsmere Hall with demos by The Hollies Master Butcher; Andrew Vernon and your 3 course meal prepared by Nunsmere Hall’s Head Chef; Craig Malone. A fun evening filled with turkey; from the stuffing of to the eating of, with a few suprises along the way! Mulled wine will be served on arrival, 3 courses will be served from 7.30, interspersed with demos from Andrew Vernon and a role for one of the table members! Dinner will be 3 delicious courses; to start a FIllet of Lemon Sole with Horseradish & Cucumber, followed by Roast Turkey Dinner and Marlborough Tart for dessert, finishing with coffee and mince pies.
