****Our Forest Lodges are currently closed due to COVID-19. We are working to re-open our Forest Lodges from the 31st July 2020. Bookings now being taken****
Updated 2nd July 2020
Following on from Government advice on the 23rd March 2020 that everyone must stay at home and avoid non-essential travel, and updates following this, we have made the decision to extend the closure of our forest lodges and they will remain closed throughout July.
Whilst the Government has given indication that some accommodation may begin to open from the 4th July, there is a lack of information from them with regards to procedures and rules surrounding our safe re-opening. Here at The Hollies our priority is the safety of both our team and our guests. We have therefore taken the difficult decision that our Forest Lodges will continue to remain closed to protect the safety of our guests and our team members. We will be working to make our accommodation safe for all our visitors in line with the Government’s COVID-19 guidelines when they are made available.
Bookings for August and beyond
We can take your booking and will require a 20% deposit to secure the booking. The final balance will then be due 4 weeks before your arrival. We ask you to be aware that your booking may be subject to change or cancellation in relation to the current pandemic which may be beyond our control. If your stay falls into an extension of the Government’s advice, we will facilitate the movement of this booking for you.
For any booking amendments, please email our team on [email protected] and they will be happy to assist.
Thank you for your support
Please rest assured that we are doing all we can to keep our guests safe and we look forward to welcoming you on your future break.
