UK Sausage Week 2019

We are celebrating all things sausage from the 28th of October until the 3rd of November with UK Sausage Week. Our Butchers at Little Budworth and Lower Stretton pride themselves in making their sausages by hand every week. The flavours that are always available in our Butchery are; traditional, sticky onion, Cumberland, Welsh dragon, tomato and The Hollies special sausage.

Sausage Week is a great opportunity for us to showcase the delicious sausages that we produce at The Hollies. We have lots of different special flavours every week, so you can be sure to never get bored of our sausages.

There is so much that you can do with sausages, add them to a sandwich, slow cook them in a sausage casserole or make a traditional toad in the hole. Keep an eye out on our social media for tasty sausage specials during this week.
